how to make my apartment look nice?

Posted under Home gardening tips | 4 Comments

ok i watch the home and garden channel, and they give you great ideas for your house, but i live in an apartment building, any tips on how to make my apartment look nice like on the home and garden channel?

Since you have a smaller space go with lighter colors for the walls-it'll make the space look larger. Also, don't use big, oversized furniture-it'll crowd your space and make it look smaller. Mirrors in the right place help to make a space look larger-make sure when you look in the mirror you see something pretty like a picture on the opposite wall. Just a few ideas, hope it helps!

Make use of bookshelves and endtables. Also, at Target you can get these little tiny shelves to put pictures on and then you can take them with you when you leave.

Yep you need to use the three step rule.
    Paint
    Furniture
    Mirrors.
These will give your apartment look much better than the normal drab apartment. I followed the three step rule I found on this website: Apartment Renting.Info these tips and hints really did help me and I was on my way to apartment freedom.
Anyways you can check it out at :
