Looking for a good grill pan, and tips to use it, recipes etc.?

My mom used to collect Magnalite cast aluminum from Ebay and now they belong to me. I love them! I have been pricing grilling skillets recently as part of a healthier eating plan.

I'm looking for a single burner item, as opposed to the ones that span two burners. If there isn't a Magnalite piece, I would love to hear your personal recommendations for something wonderful and something that will last well beyond a few years. Any tips for care and use would be great, including your fav recipes.

Related, in my research I came up on this at overstock. I shop there a lot and if this was worth the money I would consider it, I'm that serious about having something NICE but of course I don't want to just toss $100 bucks for fluff. What is it about this pan that made it so expensive? Would you consider it a good deal?

Thanks for any wisdom shared from home cooks and chefs alike!

My hubby works part-time for Le Creuset, mainly for the discount. In the past, I thought a pan was a pan, but I was wrong. They are pricey, but they retain heat, very heavy and durable. They also clean up like a dream, regardless of what you have cooked or baked, in them. They are worth the investment.
